This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24626Q0855, will be issued on or about 29 July 2026. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salisbury VAMC, Salisbury, NC has a requirement for Mobile Working Carts.Â
