Saginaw CDF Incremental Dike Raising Phase II

FAR clauses 52.204-8 and 52.223-23 have been deleted and replaced with 52.204-8 (Deviation 2025-O0004) and 52.223-23 (Deviation 2025-O0004). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.*** This project includes the construction of Phase II of the incremental raising of the south perimeter dike at the Saginaw CDF. Mobilize to the site through the northeast platform of the CDF. Clear and grub the brush and vegetation from the dike construction limits and all material borrow areas. Material from the CDF will be used to raise the dike, excluding NE cell. Grade and compact the raised south dike to EL +18 LWD with 3H:1V slopes including subgrade preparation and compaction prior of fill placement; raising area around weir to +12.5 LWD including elevating the weir to at least +15 LWD. Plant grass on the exterior slope of the raised dike for erosion control. Demobilize when complete.
