Description

This is a notice of proposed procurement (NPP).

The CSA requires continuous support for its Financial Systems Team from a technical standpoint (analysis and Advanced business application programming (ABAP) programming) and to address CSA clients’ specific requirements and implement the Digital Controllership Program (DCP) releases. It is expected that the Work will be conducted at the Contractor’s place of business. The Contractor’s resources must use a designated work location that conform to the security standards identified in the Contract. The Contractor’s resource must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing in either English or French at the advanced level.

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders under TBIPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:

9.7 Progammer/Analyst (one (1) intermediate-level resource)

•        for suppliers who are SA-holders: first, email only the CSA Procurement Officer for this file and request to be invited. If you are not qualified under the stream(s) and category(ies) required despite being an SA-holder, you must then contact the SA Authority at PSPC to update your supplier profile. Proof of being added must be provided to the CSA Procurement Officer for this file before your invitation request will be considered.

•        for suppliers who are not SA-holders: contact the SA Authority at PSPC to be added for future opportunities.
