Notice is hereby given that the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission (NWARPC) is seeking Letters of Interest (LOIs) from qualified firms to develop a framework for Capital Improvement Programming in Northwest Arkansas. Please review the full description of the request at www.nwarpc.org/public-notifications/ SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENT’S: submittal requirements must be received no later than Friday, June 26, 2026, by 4:00 p.m. (CDT).
