WC2507 WCU CAMPUS EXTERIOR SIGNAGE

Project Description: West Chester University of PA is seeking a Signage Contractor for fabrication and installation of signage throughout WCU campuses.
Work included under this Project consists of the Campus Exterior Signage Project.
Project Location: North Campus, South Campus, The Graduate Center Campus.
The Scope of work for this project consists of the removal, fabrication and installation for the exterior signage throughout the (3) campuses: North Campus, South Campus, and The Graduate Center. Existing sign foundations shall be reused except for new signage locations.
The installation of the signs will be divided into two distinct phases:
Phase 1 - South Campus Residential Area and most impactful areas of North Campus must be completed prior to December 15, 2025. Refer to Appendix A for sign types and quantities included in this phase.
Phase 2 – Remaining campus exterior signage throughout North Campus and the Graduate Center must be completed prior to March 9, 2026. Refer to Appendix A for sign types and quantities included in this phase.
Contract Time: 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
Contract Cost Ranges: $609,660.00 - $745,140.00
This is a Prevailing Wage project.
