SUMMARY:
The State of Alaska, Department of Public Health is soliciting proposals for a contractor to create a plan enabling the expansion of gathering, analysis, and utilization of early intervention developmental outcome data of Alaskan children, between the ages of 12-35 months, who are deaf or hard of hearing.
