The City of Twin Falls (Owner) is requesting Bids for the following Project:
2026 SEAL COAT PROJECT – CHIP SEAL
Sealed bids shall be sent to the City of Twin Falls Engineering Department at 203 Main Avenue East, Twin Falls, Idaho 83303-1907, until
March 31, 2026, at 10:00AM
(MST).
On April 01, 2026 at 10:00AM (MST), the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in City Hall Room 116.
This project is for Chip Sealing of City streets. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to complete chip seal surface treatment on designated City streets. Chip sealing shall include surface preparation, application of emulsion, placement of cover coat aggregate (chips), rolling, blotting (as needed), traffic control, surface maintenance, and cleanup, all in accordance with the Contract Documents.
