Conference Space near Scott AFB

SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY -- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE

The 375th Contracting Squadron is seeking information on vendors capable of hosting a conference at the end of April for four days. Brief requirements are below:

Hotel and Conference Center needs to provide:

Guest Accommodations:

• 100 (100) Guest Rooms for out-of-town conference attendees (04/21/25 - 04/25/25)

Conference Requirements:

1 (one) large conference room for general session - 150 (one hundred and fifty) attendees (04/22/25 - 04/23/25)

*Audio visual equipment (Podium, LCD Projector/screen, wireless mic, wireless/internet connection

5 (five) breakout rooms for 45 (forty-five) attendees each (04/23/25 - 04/24/25)

* Audio visual equipment for breakout sessions LCD Projector/screen, wireless/internet connection

Refreshments/snacks package to include water, tea, coffee and light snacks -Morning Break, Mid-Morning Break, Afternoon Break (04/22/25 - 04/24/25)

Reception:

Hotel and Conference center needs to make available space for an evening reception (04/22/25) for 75 guests/attendees.

*Must be located within 50 miles of Scott Air Force Base, IL.
