Morgan State University seeks to modernize its human resources capabilities by implementing a comprehensive Human Resources Management System (HRMS). The University aims to adopt a unified HRMS that supports the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation management, learning management, employee relations case management, workforce planning, document management, compliance reporting, employee self-service functionalities, and manager self-service functionalities.
Approximately 25 HR team members will require elevated access to perform their functions. The university has approximately 2400 total employees who would be customer end users.
