Collision Repairs and Vehicle Painting

The County of Mercer requests bids for Collision Repairs, Bodywork, Vehicle Painting, Frame Repair, and Mechanical Repairs due to collision damage. The County will award contracts for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend (one) 1 year. The contract shall be awarded based upon the lowest grand total for body and paint labor plus mechanical labor for each category. All questions may be submitted via the Bidnet Portal or sent via email to ohibbert@mercercounty.org by September 29, 2026.

Specifications ,addendum's and bid forms may be obtained through BidNet Direct. Bids shall be electronically uploaded. NO physical bids shall be received, opened or honored per notice to bidders.  Please contact BidNet for  assistance with electronic bid submission 1800-835-4603 Option 2.
