CRM Software for NYS SBDC

The New York State Small Business Development Center (NY SBDC) is seeking

to maintain its existing CRM platform.

The platform will need to handle all the data requirements mandated by the

Small Business Administration (SBA) in addition to those required specifically by

the NY SBDC. The SBA data requirements are related to SBA forms 641 (client

counseling) and 888 (client training). It will need to have the flexibility to add new

data points to record and if to make them required, along with the ability to import new contact information from potential outside services. In addition, we will be seeking to continue our contracting bid matching service through this platform.

The current CRM has a MSSQL Server database backend. The CRM

platform will need to effectively migrate this large dataset to their backend with

little to no loss. The platform must have a user-friendly interface that allows NY

SBDC staff to easily enter and report data.

Public-facing components are required so that potential clients may request

counseling or register for a training event. Robust reporting function is

necessary; SBA reporting requirements will need to be implemented in their

required XML format.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, aka the Lobbying

The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents
related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance law 139 j&k, and New York
State's Tax Law Section 5a.
