SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for the above-noted commodity/product or service. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Sections 139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Contacting any other individuals at Upstate in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS agency.

Vendors responding to this advertisement shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law Sections 139 j&k, and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a. Vendors responding to this advertisement must submit valid and current NYS “Workers’ Compensation and Disability Forms”.

Requirements:

• More efficiently track and complete required Field Training documentation
• Instantly gauge a trainee's progress throughout the FTO program and better review the Field Training Officers training ability
• Better track a member's training record from in-service to firearms requalification
• Maintain a record of equipment issued to each member
• More efficiently maintain fleet management records from damage, inspections, and vehicle maintenance
• Maintain a bulk of our records digitally reducing the need for physical space, reducing long term costs, and improving data security
