EAST PASCAGOULA POLICE DEPARTMENT SUBSTATION - PHASE 2
General Notice:
The City of Pascagoula (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
EAST PASCAGOULA POLICE DEPARTMENT SUBSTATION - PHASE 2
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City Clerk of Pascagoula, Mississippi located at 603
Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567, until Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time and will be
publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Phase 2 of the proposed project is the development of the southwest corner of the intersection of Chicot
Street and Old Mobile Highway as a Police Substation. This includes construction of new infrastructure,
modifications to the existing gas station building, fuel system upgrades, and other improvements to
develop the Substation.
Bids are requested for the following Contract: EAST PASCAGOULA POLICE DEPARTMENT SUBSTATION
- PHASE 2
Obtaining the Bidding Documents:
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website:

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders must register with the
designated website as a plan holder. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The
designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other
information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding
Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for
Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. All bid
documents must be purchased through the website. The cost of bid documents is non-refundable. For information
regarding online orders for the purchase of original paper copies and the website registration, please contact Plan

A Pre-Bid Conference if necessary, will be scheduled by Addendum.
