Workforce and Succession Planning Services

The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking the services of a consultant(s) to provide a workforce planning strategy that defines each program area’s current and future state organizational structures, memorializes key positions, creates/revises Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), updates/drafts revised job classifications/descriptions, and determines succession planning/recruitment initiatives.

The base term of this contract is two (2) years. The contract may be extended for one (1) additional 12-month period.

Pre-Proposal Conference:

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the NYSDOT Main Office, 50 Wolf Road, Conference Rooms A&B, Thursday December 19, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Each Proposer is requested to send no more than two (2) representatives and must register by emailing the names of attendees to the Designated Contact no later than COB December 16, 2024.

Proposal Due Date:

The proposal due date of January 7, 2025 is subject to change.
