Description:
The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform property sweeping and pressure washing services at the Van Nuys DMV field office (approximately 104,108 total square feet of property that includes approximately 80,327 square feet of paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles) for the term of this Agreement.
