Specialty Glass Services and Supplies

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide, deliver, and install commercial and residential specialty glass, glass service in high rise buildings, requiring traffic control plans, i.e. street, sidewalk, railway and freeway closures, and/or certifications of glaziers, i.e., CPR, forklift, ariel lift, scissor lift, OSHA 30, scaffolding, rigging and hoisting, welding, fall protection plan, and obtaining and managing of permits to complete the work.

The City does not have an estimate as to how much work may be available for a vendor. Contract usage last year was $225,000 with 50 work orders.
