The City of Westland is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified developers regarding new investments at the former City Hall site on Ford Road. Sealed or electronic proposals will be received by the Purchasing Division, located at 36300 Warren Road, Westland, MI 48185 on July 28, 2025 at 3:00pm (no exceptions will be made for late filings), at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.Â
