Project Description: The City of Fargo is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Crime Analytics and Law Enforcement Solutions services for the Fargo Police Department. This crime analytics and law enforcement solution will enable the collection, analysis, and dissemination of information from multiple data sources, both structured and unstructured, and open-source information to reveal actionable intelligence as well as the management of its intelligence and criminal investigations. The focus of the solution should be enhancing coordination, information sharing, regional preparedness, and investigative support/analysis for first responders. The solution should be capable of coordinating and analyzing information from various data sources/servers and third party-maintained systems/servers. The solution should be turn key and include all the necessary applications, underlying third party software, data migration services, customized programming services, configuration, integration and training.
