Description: The New York State Bridge Authority (NYSBA) is seeking qualification and cost proposals for the "Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Due Diligence Impact Study" for the Bear Mountain Bridge Re-decking project in Fort Montgomery, New York. This study shall evaluate whether a PLA will be economical and serve the best interest of NYSBA and the taxpayers of Orange, Rockland, Putnam and Westchester counties.
