The residence was damaged by mining subsidence. A sinkhole depression exists in the front yard. Neighboring properties also show surface expression of the mine subsidence. At the time of document submission for bidding, one landowner has not provided consent of entry. The work required to complete work at this residence has been included in project totals, but the work will not be completed until the consent of entry form is completed.
