4.9.25 - OMH issues IFB OMH01-C202569-3650454

The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Nathan Kline Institute are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide all inclusive of two (2) hematology analyzers to run on one (1) single shift, six (6) days per week. Test kits, reagents, calibrators, controls, supplies and preventative maintenance service must all be encompassed in final bid price. for its facility located at 140 Old Orangeburg Rd, Orangeburg, NY 10962.

The Program Work Plan with Mandatory Requirements, Equipment, Supplies, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

There is an Optional site visit scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 1p ET.

Questions from bidders are to be submitted by Thursday, May 15 by 3:00 PM ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders, as well as posted to this ad, by Thursday, May 22.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
