1. SCOPE
1.1 . Markings shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-130.
1.2 Articles to be furnished hereunder shall be manufactured, tested and inspected in accordance with ;FIRSTMARK AEROSPACE CORP; drawing number ( ;3BMV1; ) ;4032517-908; , Revision ;LATEST REVISION; and all details and specifications referenced therein.
1.3 Unless expressly provided for elsewhere in this clause, equipment such as fixtures, jigs, dies, patterns, mylars, special tooling, test equipment, or any other manufacturing aid required for the manufacture and/or testing of the subject item(s) will not be
provided by the Government or any other source and is the sole responsibility of the contractor. The foregoing applies notwithstanding any reference to such equipment or the furnishing thereof that may be contained in any drawing or referenced specification.
1.4 If MIL-STD-454 is referenced in the drawings or in the specification, the contractor is expected to show compliance with IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C.

(1) The preparation of the 'Alert/Safe Alert' shall be limited to the use of data generated elsewhere in the contract. No new data/reports shall be created solely for this data requirement. The effort required for the CDRL shall not exceed 8 hours per issuance
of an 'Alert/Safe Alert.'

Block 6: Forward additional copy to ASO code cited in block 10.A on page 1 (1) Contractor will maintain status of GIDEP Alerts and will provide quarterly summaries in accordance with para 10.2 beginning with the first quarter after the effective date of the
contract, and ending with the completion of the contract.
(2) This DID is tailored as follows:
(a) Para 10.2.a and 10.2.b are mandatory. If the reported part is not used in the contractor's program, para 10.2.c and 10.2.k do not apply.
If the reported part is used in the contractor's program, para 10.2.c and 10.2.k are mandatory. Para 10.2.f is not applicable. All other paragraphs 10.2.d, 10.2.e., 10.2.g, 10.2.h, 10.2.i, and 10.2.j shall be satisfied with existing data/reports at the
contractor's facilities. No new data/reports shall be generated for this requirement.
(c) The contact point required in para 10.2.k shall be the program manager for the equipment containing the suspected parts.
(d) The contractor is permitted to submit this data to reflect a combining of all active contracts held with NAVICP, so that only one report is submitted each quarter.
(3) The preparation of the "Response to an Alert/Safe Alert' shall be limited to the use of data generated elsewhere in the contract. No new data/report shall be generated solely for the this data requirement. The effort required to satisfy the CDRL shall not
exceed 8 hours per quarterly report.
