Project Description: This City of Vancouver is seeking bids from qualified Security/Fire Alarm Monitoring and Maintenance Service Contractors. Contractors shall provide monitoring for elevator emergency phones, security/fire alarm systems and to perform necessary and normal maintenance, removal and installation of replacement parts, preventative maintenance and required repairs, of all security/fire alarms systems at locations listed in Attachments “A, B, C, D and E” in City of Vancouver owned or managed facilities, all in accordance with the Bid Documents, Attachments and Special Provisions.
The City intends to award one Contract for a period of five (5) years.
