Description: Ulster County is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Audio-Visual (AV) equipment and services for a new Ulster County Government Operations Center in New Paltz, NY. The selected firm shall furnish, install, and program the Audio-Visual equipment and devices as designed and specified in order to provide the County with a complete turnkey multimedia system. The AV Contractor will also be responsible for training for County personnel. Due Date: 06/27/2025 4:00 PMContract Term: The Contract period will be from date of award to satisfactory completion of the Audio-Visual Integration Services and its acceptance by the County or December 31, 2026, whichever occurs first.
