ALL OTHER VENDORS WILL BE DEEM NON-RESPONSIVE. ALL UPLOADED METRO-NORTH DOCUMENTS, SCOPE OF WORK, INSURANCE REQUIRMENTS, AND PRICE SCHEDULE ARE AVAILABLE ON MTA PORTAL UNDER EVENT NO. E260053. ALL BID ARE DUE APRIL 30, 2025, AT 1:00PM EST There are twelve (12) steam PRV stations in the Grand Central Terminal complex. service technicians will survey the steam PRV stations monthly during operating season. Services at a minimum will include calibration of pilots, rebuilding pilots, and replacement of diaphragms and stem seals as required, troubleshooting and diagnosis of problems as they arise, spec appropriate replacement parts just to name a few requested requirements. The twelve (12) PRV station locations are as follows: A/B Hall, Biltmore Room, SMO, Kit Room, DHW, GCT Market, Chiller, Shops, Oyster Bar, A/B Tower, North Access East, North Access West.
