Description: SUNY Alfred intends to purchase a SKYJACK SJ843 TH WITH CAB Loadall from the Sourcewell contract pursuant to its authority under section 163 (3) (vi), which authorizes the purchases of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price.
