Drug & Alcohol Treatment Services

Project Description: The SCA is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to procure Drug and Alcohol Services for eligible adults and adolescents funded by the county. Services include:
A. Clinical Outpatient Services (Intensive Outpatient/Outpatient)
B. Case Management
C. Recovery Support Services
D. Specialty Services (region specific)
This request seeks to address the outpatient, case management, and recovery support needs for individuals with substance use disorders (SUD) across Montgomery County’s four regions: Western (Region 1), North Central (Region 2), Central (Region 3), and Eastern (Region 4) (See exhibit A for a map of regions). Applicants must provide all three core services (A, B, and C) in each region for which they apply, along with any applicable specialty services (D). Providers must demonstrate alignment with Montgomery County’s recovery-oriented principles and practices. The target population includes county residents – adults and adolescents (ages 11-21) - requiring substance use treatment and recovery support.
