2024/2025 Request for Qualifications Professional Services Term Consultants

The NYS Olympic Regional Development Authority (Olympic Authority), Office of Environmental, Planning and Construction (OEPC), per this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), is soliciting submission for qualifications for Professional Services via the NYS Contract Reporter (NYSCR) in compliance with Article 4-C of the Economic Development Law.

Firms are highly encouraged to read the complete RFQ, including "Attachment A - Frequently Asked Questions" before submitting their questions. Responses to questions will be addressed as per the "Schedule of Key Events and Dates".

Responses to this RFQ shall be as per Section 5. Submission of Qualifications, Review and Award.

It is incumbent upon those interested in responding to this RFQ to check the NYSCR for updates and/or addenda.

The solicitation is a "Continuous Procurement Solicitation", therefore updates and/or addenda may be issued at any time during the term of solicitation and the issuance of the related agreements.

Any updates and/or addenda will be posted on the NYSCR during the period that the solicitation is posted on the NYSCR, thereafter distribution of updates and/or addenda shall be made to those under contract.

The Olympic Authority shall not be held responsible for the reproduction of this solicitation in whole or in part by other sources.
