Bid Description:
The Town of Starksboro is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for energy efficiency upgrades at the Starksboro Food Shelf (3056 Route 116 North). The project includes air sealing and blower door testing, attic hatch construction, insulation to R-49, installation of an ENERGY STAR-rated ventilation system, and clean-up/disposal. Work must meet Vermont Commercial Building Energy Standards (CBES). Preference given to firms in the Efficiency Vermont Efficiency Excellence Network (EEN) and those with experience on MERP or similar municipal retrofit projects.
