Description:
Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim (KKBE), a Jewish house of worship in Charleston, SC, seeks proposals from licensed security firms to provide armed security officer services at its historic facility. Services include access control, visitor screening, bag inspection, incident reporting, and coverage of religious services and public hours. Funding provided in part by federal NSGP grant.
Pre-Bid Information:
e are a historic congregation in the heart of downtown Charleston, with a significant public presence and, given the rise in Anti-Semitic rhetoric ands threats, resultant security needs. We seek to have an armed office on site whenever we are open to the public, averaging 45-50 hours per week, inclusive of night and weekend hours.
