Synopsis:

|
SRC invites qualified employee recruitment and/or temporary staffing firms, with a proven track record of completing work within scope and in a timely manner, to submit Quotations. When mutually agreeable between SRC and the successful Respondent, any resulting agreement may be extended to cover additional related requirements for the next approximate five (5) year period.

SRC is seeking proposals from qualified security service providers to deliver professional, reliable, and technology-enhanced guard services at our main office tower. Our goal is to ensure maximum security, effective incident response, and proactive risk mitigation while optimizing service value. The selected provider must utilize real-time tracking software to document and report guard activities, enhancing transparency and accountability.
The security service provider will be responsible for safeguarding SRC’s 51st Street East (NorthStar property, which is our main office and its premises through physical presence, surveillance, and proactive security measures
