Description: This project involves the installation of long-side water services by directional drilling methods using materials provided by the Town of Phelps, horizontal directional drilling installation and testing of HDPE water main supply piping beneath the Canandaigua Outlet Creek using materials provided by the Town of Phelps, and the asphalt pavement restoration of impacted asphalt driveways along the entire length of installed water main piping. Furnishing materials and supplies for the purpose of general construction by the Town of Phelps of new water main for the Marbletown-White Road water District.
