Synopsis:
|
|
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by SaskPower to Proponents to submit Proposals concerning design, engineering, manufacture of equipment, testing, supplying, shipping, onsite supervision and project management, secure installation of complete SVS buildings and indoor equipment, commissioning, training, and placement into commercial operation of one (1) Static VAR System (“SVS”). The Proponent shall be responsible for the overall SVS design, commissioning, warranty, and performance guarantees as further described in the RFP Particulars - Appendix A (Package 1). Proponents will have the option to include in their Proposals a submission regarding optional work which includes the erection, secure installation of high voltage and medium voltage outdoor equipment and bus work, outdoor cabling and field wiring, and the outdoor bonding of the SVS including the supply of related material and equipment (Package 2).
