Authorized Juniper Networks Reseller Services

SaskTel is aiming to establish a strategic partnership with an authorized Juniper products reseller who can provide comprehensive support and proactive engagement. This partnership is crucial for maintaining the existing Juniper install base and aligning with SaskTel's business needs.

The reseller's role will encompass technical support, procurement efficiency, and proactive engagement. They need to offer value beyond quoting prices by providing in-depth knowledge, best practices guidance, and both pre- and post-sales technical expertise. They will assist in streamlining procurement and renewal processes, offering consolidated SKUs, and having effective communication and collaboration are also key expectations.

Lifecycle management support, regular communication with Juniper, and familiarity with Juniper’s roadmap are essential. The reseller should work closely with Juniper to ensure alignment with SaskTel’s requirements and facilitate access to the latest innovations and support resources. Understanding the service provider business and competitive landscape, proactively informing SaskTel of innovations, and addressing supply chain or currency risks are also important.

Ultimately, SaskTel expects the chosen reseller to deliver rapid and accurate quotes, support business case development, and maintain regular, proactive contact to ensure a strong relationship. This will enable SaskTel to confidently advance its projects and business objectives.
