Gainesville Administration Building Office Renovation

The City of Gainesville is requesting individual sealed Proposals for the renovation of approximately 1,500 square feet of office space located on the third floor of the Gainesville Administration Building. The renovation will consist of select demolition, construction of new walls, minor plumbing, painting, replacement of carpet, installation of new ceiling tiles, and other aesthetic improvements. The renovated space consists of offices and conference rooms. The Gainesville Administration Building is located at 300 Henry Ward Way and is adjacent to the historic City Hall and historic County Courthouse. The building has three levels and is currently occupied by various departments of the City. Construction Documents for the renovation are included as part of this RFP.
