Amendment 0004, effective 17 March 2025
The purpose of this amendment is to provide an update to the previously attached Government Question and Answer Response Sheet and extend the solicitation as follows:
FIRST: Attachment "Competitive RFP QandA GovResponse is hereby updated from Version 2 to Version 3.
SECOND: Extend closing date of this solicitation from 21 MARCH 2025 at 3:00 PM CDT to 1 APRIL 2025 at 3:00 PM CDT.

The purpose of Amendment 00001 is to extend the response date for proposals to Feb 12, 2025 at 3 pm CT. Additionally, offerors are reminded that in accordance with DFARS Clause 252-204-7020 (page 59 of the RFP), a contractor must have a self-assessment of the contractor’s implementation of NIST SP 800-171 and have a Basic Assessment score of 110 or higher in SPRS prior to contract award. If the score is below 110, the contractor must provide a plan to become compliant. The Contracting Officer will verify the contractor’s score in the SPRS System prior to contract award.
