Develop a comprehensive educational pilot curriculum aimed at informing youth between the ages of 12 to 20 about the risks associated with online sports betting. The curriculum should be designed to address key issues related to online sports betting, online fantasy sports, youth mental health, neurological development, media and consumer literacy, and financial literacy. As part of the curriculum program proposal, the vendor should also include a clearly defined evaluation method to assess the curriculums effectiveness in terms of information absorption and impact. The proposal should also provide recommendations for areas for improvement and broadening the scope of the program pending the completion of the pilot program.
