Description

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this notice as a means of complying with USDA Acquisition Regulation (AGAR), SUBPART 412.201-1, requiring that all calls above $20,000 be posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE).



The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against the Forest Inventory Analysis (FIA) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) CALL 53 Michigan and Wisconsin.



This Call covers: FIA field plot collection work in Michigan and Wisconsin.



All NFI plot types field guide version 9.5. An updated Field Guide may be in place for the option year. Plot types included: P2, P2+, P2+ Soils, and P1 QAQC verification OR OTHER plots. The plot collection work is for Two year(s) and includes work for 2027-TO-2028 field season/s. The first year of this call is called the base year. Each additional year is called an option year.



Forest Inventory Analysis (FIA) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a BPA that consists of a "Suite" of pre-qualified contractors who are called upon to collects, analyzes, and reports information on the status and trends of forests in the Northeast and Midwest.



This is not a solicitation. This notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification.



This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Forest Inventory Analysis (FIA) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for USFS.



The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA.



This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Northern Research Station, FIA Data collection Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)’s.



The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA.



Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. Point of Contact is gayle.geiger@usda.gov.



The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice.
