The Town of Salem, NH is requesting bids from contractors to supply all construction, permits, materials, and equipment as necessary and required to perform any/all of this service. This project is funded, in part, with the U.S. Department of the Interior Land and Water Conservation Fund. With this funding, this project is subject to the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act. Please see additional details on the requirements of this Act in Appendix C.
Pre-bid meeting to be held on Friday, June 6, 2025, at 9:30am at Hedgehog Park, 53 Lowell Rd. Salem, NH 03079.
All proposals/bids must be received by Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 9:30 AM EST.
