The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to purchase dry barrel fire hydrants. The selected vendor will supply the SWSC on an on-call and as needed basis during the term of this agreement.
The term of the Contract shall be for One (1) Year with 2- one year in length renewals. The amount of the contract will have a not to exceed value of $200,000.00 per year.
All questions must be made in writing and submitted via email to edward.sweeney@waterandsewer.org no later than 10/15/2025 at 4:00 P.M. in order to be considered.
The Chief Procurement Officer/designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the SWSC to do so.
