Sealed Request for Proposals for HMGP 4585 City of Seabrook Emergency Operations Center Generator, Seabrook Project No. 2025-3-110 will be received until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 by the Purchasing Coordinator, Rebecca Howton, 1700 First Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586. Bids must be received and time stamped by the Purchasing Department prior to the aforementioned time, when they will be publicly opened and read aloud at Seabrook City Hall. No late bids will be accepted. An optional pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled on March 5th, 2025, at 2:00 PM to discuss the city's requirements under this RFP.
