Project Description: This Project will perform the install and integration of an Axle Counter System (ACS) into the existing CATS Blue Line Automatic Train Control System (ATCS) at the following locations:

North Yard North Interlocking
UNCC Interlocking
I-485 Interlocking
CTC/6th Street Interlocking
Old Concord Road Interlocking & Pumpernickle Crossing
