• 10 plungers or buttons for backup times
• Starting Device with Strobe, Speaker and Microphone with Tripod
• Two cables for the starting Device
• Ten 78” gutter hung touchpads with gutter adaptors
• Touchpad cart for hanging and storing ten touchpads
• Two interface cables from timing system to Scoreboard
• Two Interface cables from timing system to Meet Management computer
• Control computer for timing system

Lima Community Aquatic Park Scoreboard and Timing System
To be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Bid for Scoreboard and Timing System” to the
Mayor of the City of Lima, attention Purchasing Department, Municipal Center, 50 Town
Square, Lima, Ohio before 10:00 AM, Lima Time, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Outside
of the envelope not being properly marked may result in bid not being received by the
Purchasing Department before the deadline and could result in the bid being disqualified.
Please complete all forms including the bid specifications. Forms not being filled out
correctly and/or completely may result in bid being disqualified.
The undersigned proposed to furnish the products at the price indicated below and in accordance
with the specifications on file in the office of the Purchasing Division of the City of Lima, Ohio.

It is understood that this bid may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the
opening thereof, and that the Mayor of the City of Lima, Ohio reserves the right to reject any
and/or all bids and to waive an informalities or irregularities in favor of the City.

law). No alternatives, deletions or additions shall be made on this form as it may render the bid
