Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Custodial Services to the Georgia Southwestern State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW) is a unit of the University Systems of Georgia and a four (4) year institution. Located on 250 scenic acres in historic Americus, GA. and approximately 135 miles south of Atlanta. GSW has a student population of around 3300. It is a residential campus with five (5) residence halls.
GSW is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Custodial Services in accordance with the Scope of Work specified in this RFP.
