RFP for Construction Management at Risk for Construction of Swainsboro High School Athletic Projects

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

FOR: CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK SERVICES

Sealed proposals for (CP) Construction Professionals for the construction of Swainsboro High School Athletic Projects will be received by the Emanuel County Board of Education (Owner), at the office of the Emanuel County Board of Education, 201 North Main Street, Swainsboro, Georgia, 30401 until 2:00p.m., prevailing time on April 15, 2025. The Emanuel County Board of Education plans to select the most qualified Construction Professionals Firm (CP) to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for the construction of the above referenced project. The procedures for contracts as established by the Georgia Local Government Public Works Construction Law, O.C.G.A., 36-91-1 shall be followed. A package with requirements for CP At Risk Proposals may be obtained with a written request via U.S.

¿ SHS natural grassing or artificial turf replacement
¿ SHS Baseball and Softball Site and Fieldwork
¿ SHS Baseball Fencing and Netting Improvements
¿ Phase II
¿ SHS Football Visitor Locker Room
¿ SHS Football Concessions and Toilet Facility
¿ SHS Renovation of existing Toilet and Concessions Facility
¿ SHS Renovation of existing Fieldhouse and Multipurpose Facility
