This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice. This is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. All responsible businesses, including small businesses, are encouraged to respond to this notice. The information requested by this notice will be used within the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside the agency. The DEA will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Unsolicited proposals or offers of any kind will not be considered in response to this notice. All information received in response to this notice that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to this notice will not be returned.
The DEA Aviation Division is seeking information from potential sources for the “Renewal of Microsoft Office 365 License” in support of the DEA's Seattle Division in accordance with the Requirements. At this time, questions concerning the composition and requirements for a future solicitation, will not be accepted. E-mail responses to this sources sought notice to Contracting Officer, Ms. Angel D. Barkley by 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on February 25, 2025.
REQUIREMENTS
The DEA Aviation Division is seeking information from potential sources to provide Microsoft Office 365 subscriptions to support operations, communications, and collaboration. Provide Office 365 Licenses for all HIDTA users:
MS Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection with "Safe Links" and "Safe
Attachments". Access to the full MS Office suite.
MS Intune Device Licenses for ES Chat phones
MS Audio Conferencing
MS Visio Pro
All operating on the NW HIDTA network
RESPONSES
Interested vendors who believe it possesses the necessary capabilities to meet the requirements identified herein should submit a technical description of their capabilities. Interested vendors' capability statement responses shall include, but not limited to: technical capability, facility description and relevant past performance.
The DEA will evaluate market information – including responses received in regards to this posting – to determine the potential market capacity to provide Microsoft Office 365 Licenses.
