Summary
The purpose of this ITQ is to secure a qualified contractor with at least five (5) years experience in sandblasting, in the State of Florida, to construct two new signs needed to replace the existing signs. The awarded contractor shall manufacture and supply two (2) signs which will be installed by the Town.
The estimated budget for this project is $10,000.
Background
The Town of Davie is home to nearly 107,000 residents who live across a lush 35 square miles within central Broward. Timeline
In order to be eligible to respond to this solicitation, bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference and site visits. The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation. In addition, PLEASE NOTE that there are several locations. Therefore, the site visits are anticipated to start in the morning and end in the afternoon
