Summary

The City of Orlando (City) requires the services of an experienced Contractor to perform grounds maintenance at 601 Iron Bridge Circle, Oviedo, FL 32765. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for all aspects of grounds maintenance and irrigation maintenance, as well as provide all incidental labor and materials necessary for this work. Contractor must have their own equipment maintenance agreements, or an in-house maintenance program to ensure that all equipment used in the performance of services under this contract is well maintained and in good condition throughout the term of the contract. Equipment maintenance information shall be submitted to the City upon request.

All work is to be completed Monday through Friday, excluding City Holidays, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Local Time, City of Orlando, so work can be monitored while in progress.
