- Reconstruction of an existing roadway, including some full depth reconstruction and resurfacing of existing roadway.
- Construct concrete driveways.
- Construct curbs, sidewalks and ADA ramps.
- Install new signing, illumination, pedestrian rectangular rapid flashing beacon, and pavement markings
- Remove/abandon existing stormwater system and install new storm conveyance system
