3D Model of the BQM-34S

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order modification (N0001923F0387 P00004) against a previously issued Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-20-G-0005 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), San Diego, California for the procurement of additional efforts required to produce 3-dimensional (3D) model of the BQM-34S Subsonic Aerial Target body in support of the overall BQM-34S Program.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) (previously Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements per Class Justification & Approval (CJ&A) 21-0073 - redacted version attached to this announcement.
